- On the 3rd floor there are 6 bedrooms, as well as 4 full bathrooms and a reading nook/office.
- The main floor has a spectacular living room area with a small bar and 85" TV, dining room for 12 people and sun room with bench seating for another 12+ to dine. There are also laundry facilities and an additional bedroom/games room with TV, foosball and pull out couch. The large outdoor deck is great for BBQ'ing or just relaxing in the sun and taking in the mountain view.
- The basement, which has a separate entrance (only accessed from the outside of the house), features 2 rooms, both with full ensuite bathrooms, along with another full bathroom. Ceilings are low in the hallway, but the rooms are all regular sized.

- Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM and is strictly enforced. The property is situated in a residential neighborhood. We have decibel sensors installed within the property and have a zero tolerance policy for noise during these hours.
